New Name, New Look, New Faces
We're Moving Forward
Much has changed since our last newsletter. While we’re still founded in the internationally acclaimed work of Dr. Robert Terry, we’re now reintroducing our company with a new name, a new look and a more robust team to deliver for your organization.
Action Wheel Leadership is now The AWL Group. Our mission is to Build Authentic Leaders and Aligned Organizations.
Did you know that employee engagement is the primary factor determining employee performance? A recent Gallup study indicated that over 70% of corporate employees are either “mostly” or “totally” disengaged with their work, costing U.S. corporations over $330+ billion in lost productivity each year. Are your employees engaged? Do you know?
That’s where the AWL Group can help. Our online assessment tool, the Action Wheel Assessment (AWA) is like an MRI for organizations. The AWA provides a picture of what you can't see on the surface. Whereas an MRI provides a picture of a person's “soft tissues”, the AWA provides an image of your organization's “Soft Issues”, as well as where the organization is strong and thriving. The AWA is minimally invasive, and captures the initial image of ‘what is really going on” – or what the organization's employees initially think is going on.

We’ve got a new look as well. Our new logo symbolizes continuous action; and that’s what we’re about – moving your organization forward by diagnosing specific misalignments and issues, identifying perceived and real causes, and training leaders to exert ethical influence and take authentic actions.
