Biographical Information

Rick Cunningham brings 30 years of experience and perspective in training, leadership and organizational consulting. His work focuses primarily on helping individuals and groups build trust; the trust needed to foster relationships, manage change, and increase growth and productivity. He helps others enhance awareness and skills especially in their leadership, interpersonal communication and service.

Rick has a BA in Sociology from the University of St. Thomas and an MA in Business Education from the University of Minnesota, with a specialty in Training and Development.

He manages his own consulting company that serves large and small organizations in all sectors; works as an internal trainer and consultant for Ramsey County Community Human Services; and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of St. Thomas.

Rick is a speaker, trainer, facilitator, consultant, coach & professional magician.
