- Authentic Leadership: Courage In Action, the book in which Robert W. Terry contends that leadership is a type of action. In He shows how this perspective carries enormous consequences for consideration of courage, vision, ethics, and spirituality as they relate to leadership.
- The Action Wheel Manual explores, in depth, the Action Wheel as a framing tool designed to answer one fundamental question: what is really going on? This question is the core leadership question for, without a reflective answer, action is misdirected, misunderstood and mismanaged.
