Projects have included leadership development, continuous improvement, non-adversarial bargaining, and performance management. He has served as a Manager of Recruitment for General Mills, Vice President and Partner of Meredith Wesley Inc., Regional Manager of Carlson Learning Company, Vice President of Business Development for Organizational Innovations, Inc., and Director of Customer Satisfaction for Crystal Pierz Marine.
