Biographical Information

Chuck Andersen has spent more than 30 years in consulting with an emphasis on organizational assessment and development, management and supervisory training, performance coaching, and team building. He has extensive experience in evaluating organizational effectiveness, and designing and implementing custom solutions with measurable results.

Chuck is a skilled facilitator, problem solver, and performance coach. With excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels of influence, he has managed assignments for various business sectors including manufacturing, financial services, health care, automotive, utilities, publishing, and non profit. Projects have included leadership development, continuous improvement, non-adversarial bargaining, and performance management.

He has served as a Manager of Recruitment for General Mills, Vice President and Partner of Meredith Wesley Inc., Regional Manager of Carlson Learning Company, Vice President of Business Development for Organizational Innovations, Inc., and Director of Customer Satisfaction for Crystal Pierz Marine. Chuck is a current Board Member and facilitator for the Minneapolis Job Support Workshop.
