What is a Chaord?
Chaord is a hybrid word, formed by combining chaos and order.
A chaordic organization is built on the principles outlined in the work of Dee Hock, founder of VISA and author of One From Many. The Action Wheel Leadership chaord is committed to the following unifying principles:

Action Wheel Leadership Equips Certified Consultants
The Action Wheel Leadership suite of tools equips consultants with the latest approaches for achieving authentic leadership. The AWL chaord organizes a consulting resource able to develop authentic leadership everywhere.
- Certified competence in the AWL suite of consulting tools: Action Wheel/Authentic Leadership (Bob Terry leadership theory and practice), View to Values (VTV), etc.
- Will maintain their own book of business as independent and collaborative consultants.
