Grounded in the Work of Dr. Robert Terry

Dr. Robert (Bob) Terry wrote extensively about authentic leadership. His book, Authentic Leadership: Courage In Action introduced the Authentic Action Wheel that provides the basis for leadership training materials that have been successfully used by thousands.

Bob Terry worked alone for many years however came to desire a collaboration with others to fully explore the possibilities and implications of his leadership theories on a national and global scale.

Action Wheel Leadership continues to develop, publish and promote innovative authentic leadership training materials. Many of our offerings are based on the extensive resources in the legacy left to us by Dr. Robert Terry; others are more recently developed by our partners and associates.

You will find this site to be a rich resource about authentic leadership and leading authentically. We have included extensive descriptions of our leadership materials, many of which are available for instant download and, as well, a number of complete articles and essays.

We have limited numbers of several books that are now out of print. We also offer Bob Terry presenting four basic leadership concepts on DVD. These beautifully produced short sessions were filmed in South Africa several years ago by a client company.
