He is a pioneer in marketing consulting, having developed successful strategic marketing programs for Syngenta, Cargill, Hormel, Land O’Lakes, General Mills, Nissui, and other international corporations. Tadd Walker, Founding Partner, brings 20 years of experience with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) and the computer industry to AWL. He provides the innovative insights needed for building our powerful online assessment tools. His exceptional analytical skills are used in reviewing the results of the assessments taken. Tadd holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Larry Walker, VP of Client Development, has excelled for 40 years in leading world-class companies in pursuit of technical excellence, industry breakthroughs, and new markets. He is experienced in a technology of change infusion that enables change to be infused within an organization by engaging the current power structure in a win-win approach. His extensive business and technology experience and skills were gained at Sperry Univac, Control Data, and as President of his own consulting groups, PEAK Solutions and Knowledge Management, Inc.
